how often do you ship?
shipping takes place twice a week, weather permitting.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. Please only select the items you are certain you want to purchase. In the rare event you are sent the wrong item contact Hekate + Bast promptly + we will come to a mutual outcome.
my package did not arrive?
Once the package has been mailed out, Hekate + Bast has very little control over its destiny. your country's postal system will be able to help you recover the package. However, if your package is returned to us, we will offer you a full + immediate refund.
one or more of my items in my order arrived damaged, what now?
while extremely rare, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately by emailing Hekatebast@outlook.com, provide your order number + a photo of the item as it was received. a replacement or refund may be issued.
